2006 Fumé Blanc
From our inception we have
developed a strong reputation for this
remarkable wine, and 2006 continues the
tradition. This release could be our best yet!
The wine is 100% barrel fermented in a
combination of French oak and stainless steel
barrels. The barrel fermentation allows for
extended lees contact which results in an
exceptionally rich wine with characteristic
smoky notes and a long complex and lingering
finish. The acidity and balance are excellent
with a crisp clean feel on the palette. Our warm
climate develops strong tropical flavors in our
Fume Blanc with pronounced notes of citrus and
melon in the nose. Enjoy with a wide range of
foods but it pairs exceptionally well with spicy
Thai and Vietnamese foods. 434 cases
produced.

2006 S2 - Semillon/Viognier
Last year's S2 sold
out in record time. The 2006 S2
maintains the unique blend of Semillon and
Viognier. This wine shows fruitiness, with
flavors of melon, pineapple, pear on the palate
while still maintaining crisp acid and a clean
finish. Fermented in only stainless steel with
no oak aging, this wine is light, crisp and
perfect for paring with summer cuisine. 489
cases produced.

2007 Viognier
Just our second year producing
a 100% Viognier, this wine is really starting to
show its potential in the Grand Valley. Much
like other Rhone varietals, such as Syrah, V0
thrives in our climate and produces wines with
outstanding fruit, acidity and balance. The
unique low acid nature of Viognier makes a wine
with excellent mouthfeel. This wine is bursting
with tropical fruit flavors of mango, pear and
passion fruit on the nose. Many people in the
wine industry consider Viognier the “next white”
to storm the market, much like Pinot Grigio did
a few years back. Fermented in 100% stainless
steel the wine is crisp on the palate and is a
perfect complement to rich seafood pasta or a
hearty winter soup like Butternut
squash.

2007 Vin Rosé
In the tradition of the great
European Rose's, this wine is a full bodied
"dry" style of Rose reminiscent of Spanish
Rosato. It offers an excellent alternative to
Red wines on those hot summer days and pairs
very well with a variety of foods including BBQ
and grilled Salmon. Made from 65% Syrah this
wine is spicy and refreshing at the same
time. 200 cases produced.

2005 Syrah
A robust red with the classic
"earthy" tones of a great Rhone style wine, the
2005 Syrah hints at the greatness this grape can
achieve in our vineyard. We continue to believe
that Syrah may be the grape that defines the
Grand Valley. Rich tones of black cherry and
lavender on the palate followed by a long
complex finish and silky smooth tannins make
this a very approachable wine. Pair with hearty
"country cooking" or a great steak; either
choice will be a hit. 600 cases produced.

2006 Cabernet Franc
Like our earlier Cab Franc
releases, this grape continues to show enormous
potential in the Grand Valley. Our 2006
exhibits bright yet soft fruit favors of
blackberry and plum. Benefiting from 14
months in French and American oak, the wine has
very soft tannins, a long complex finish and is
slightly brighter on the palate than the
2005. It will continue to improve
for 3-5 years in the bottle. 428 Cases
produced.

2007 Vin de Glace
This wine is produced in the
icewine style. Made from 100% Muscat
Ottonel, a highly aromatic variety, it has an
intense floral nose. Although very sweet,
the wine exhibits excellent acidity to balance
the sugar levels. Fans of this unique
style of wine will find it to be quite a treat!
